Soo I had a good day today, went to lincoln with the 195th, good times! It makes me happy to play in a band, any band really. Well the bangor band doesn't make me QUITE so happy, but oh well. So upon doing a google search of the area where I'm moving to gave me the website for the Syracuse University Brass Ensemble. I emailed the address they gave and asked if they were looking for any tubas, it looks like it would be a lot of fun!! The only thing I'm worried about is that it said that the group was made up of 'faculty from the university and the medical college' there. Would the people from the medical college look down at me because I'm going to chiropractic school? I dont think it would matter that much, but its a consideration. Yikes. There's also a concert band in Ithaca (community band) that I looked into, but thats like 45 miles away, I dont konw if I would have the time to do that. Hmm. I could visit kate though :) that would be exciting. OK anywyas, thats enough craziness for tonight. It's weird how fast the summer is going. Yikes!!
